Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using iBoost, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Canada or the United States to use iBoost. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date.

The service

iBoost is a credit-building platform that reports on-time payments to consumer credit bureaus and provides related financial tools. iBoost is not a credit repair organization, lender, or financial advisor.

Billing and cancellation

Your iBoost subscription is billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Credit results

Results vary. iBoost provides tools and reporting, but your credit score depends on many factors outside our control. Late payments and other negative items may reduce your score. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iBoost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
